Pacific transformed an empty commercial shell into Tevah Wellness - a fully integrated sauna and cold plunge recovery studio in Vancouver, designed for performance-focused training, wellness, and community connection.

Delivered in partnership with Andrew Ao, this boutique recovery space combines large-scale sauna (the largest sauna in North America, IN FACT), multi-temperature plunge pools, and moisture-ready construction systems built for daily commercial use.

This Vancouver wellness facility construction project required coordination across pool mechanics, HVAC, electrical infrastructure, structural capacity, and wet-area detailing - all while meeting evolving City and Vancouver Coastal Health requirements for cold plunge installations.

Pacific worked alongside architects, engineers, and pool consultants to deliver a seamless, high-performance environment from slab to finish.
