Working alongside design partner Rafael Santa Ana Architecture Workshop (rsaaw), Pacific Solutions Contracting transformed an empty floor plate into a head office that balances creativity, focus, and comfort. The result is a space that not only houses the EXOK team, but actively supports their craft.

A Unique Renovation for a Unique Studio

The renovation for the Extremely OK Games HQ had to be one-of-a-kind. How do you make that happen? By bringing on teams who know how to think - and build - differently.

With bold ideas, intricate details, and plenty of moving parts, this project required equal measures of creative dreaming, technical problem-solving, and precise execution from both RSAAW and Pacific.

One highlight? Maximizing every inch of space through custom millwork. From clever storage solutions to playful surprises tucked into nooks and crannies, the office was designed to feel thoughtful and efficient without losing its sense of fun.

Colour as the Main Character

Who says creative spaces have to feel cold or corporate? At the Extremely OK Games HQ, colour takes centre stage. Working closely with RSAAW, the palette and materials were hand-picked to match the studio’s playful, energetic vibe, while still meeting the demands of durability and comfort.

From bold custom millwork to soft textures that create a sense of ease, every surface was designed to reflect the personality of the people who use it every day. It’s a space that feels equally like a home and a headquarters - professional enough to support big projects, but warm and welcoming enough to spark creativity.
