After nearly a decade of planning, Four Winds partnered with Pacific to turn their vision into reality, creating a destination that embodies both brand and place.

• Cedar ceilings were re-sourced mid-project due to market shortages, without delaying progress.

• Brewery boiler relocation required a full re-think of logistics late in the build.

• Despite challenges, construction wrapped on schedule, enabling a summer opening.

Community Impact

• 800+ guests attended soft-opening events.

• 90+ team members were hired and trained in weeks leading up to launch.

• The space quickly became a social anchor for Tsawwassen, drawing locals and visitors alike.
