Comprehensive Retail Renovation & Pop-Up Store Support

The renovation entailed a complete overhaul of the existing space, transforming it into a refined storefront aligned with Stüssy’s international brand standards. During pre-construction, Pacific worked with the client to carefully plan and coordinate each detail, ensuring a streamlined and efficient build.

To maintain business continuity, we also constructed a temporary pop-up store across the street. This allowed Stüssy to sustain its retail presence in Vancouver while the main chapter location underwent transformation—an essential step in supporting both customer experience and brand momentum.

Custom Millwork by The Shop at Pacific

Custom millwork was central to the project’s visual and functional success. Designed to create a seamless customer journey and showcase Stüssy’s latest collections, the millwork package was coordinated, fabricated, and installed by The Shop at Pacific for both the pop-up and the permanent Vancouver Chapter location.

From bold feature elements to subtle details, the craftsmanship elevated the store’s atmosphere and durability, ensuring a space that is as functional as it is visually striking.

Durable, functional, and built for one of the city’s busiest retail districts, the store was completed on time, within budget, and well ahead of the grand opening - which saw fans lined up around the block.
