Our team partnered with the renowned Italian design-build firm, Palazzo Morelli, to bring a vision of a unique luxury office space to life. The project aimed to combine Italian craftsmanship with local expertise to create an office environment that is both elegant and highly functional.

Key Challenges & Solutions

One of the biggest challenges was that all finished millwork, stone, and glass elements were prebuilt offsite in Italy. Coordinating shipping, storage, handling, and precise on-site installation required meticulous planning. We relied heavily on our subcontractors along with the dedication and heavy lifting of our in-house crew, to ensure everything arrived safely and fit perfectly.
